The act of the use of the Islamic veil from Muslim women has been criticized in the last few years, mainly, from the occidental feminism. For this type of feminism, the veil has become something degrading which goes against the person's will. Whoever, the speech of the Islamic feminism does support the use of the veil alluding to a majority of women who have agreed to use it and in that way they are integrated to the society achieving gender equality. In this way, the speeches of both of this feminist movements they conflict but come off elements such as domination, willfulness and integration which allows us to analyze in deep the origen of the historic relations between the occidental and oriental world. Thus, the women convert the veil in an element which not only faces the critics of occidental feminism but also the hegemonic intentions of mastering their beliefs, achieving an historic-cultural empowerment
