Abstract

This paper develops an analysis of the impact mediation regarding health damages in the prosecution of legally relevant judicial disputes. We consider the results of a study prepared by the Mediation Unit of the State Defense Council, considering primarily the comparative advantages related to time and quality provided by mediation conflict as opposed to confrontational judicial outcome.
