Abstract

The amendments introduced in 2005 to the 1980 Constitution have profoundly reformed the Chilean institutional design. One of the areas in which the changes are especially significant is the control of constitutionality. Indeed, among the various organic and procedural modifications, the constituent reconfigured the action of inapplicability and instituted the action of nullity.
